adidas Premiärhalvan is a half marathon with a course on Södra Djurgården in Stockholm. It’s the perfect preparation for those planning to run the adidas Stockholm Marathon on May 30st. However, the race is equally suitable for anyone who wants to welcome spring with a pleasant half marathon in the scenic parts of central Stockholm. 

Race bib distribution will be conducted in Stockholm City during the days preceding the event, as well as on the event day. Participants traveling to Stockholm may collect their bib on the morning of April 25. The exact time and location for collection will be announced in spring 2026. From the bib collection point, there will be convenient transport options to the event area.

Additional information regarding bib distribution will be published on the website once all details have been finalized. A comprehensive participant information will be sent a few weeks prior to the event day.

You can register late for the event up to 1 hour before the first start. Late registration is done digitally via the regular registration page. On the event day, April 25, payment can only be made via Swish.

You can participate in the adidas Premiärhalvan from the year you turn 17. By registering for the race, you agree to the general terms and conditions of adidas Premiärhalvan. Registration is binding. The registration fee is non-refundable if you have to cancel unless you have taken out Folksam’s race insurance and meet the conditions of this insurance.

Race bib pick-up at Gärdet – new for this year!

You will collect your race bib at Gärdet Sports Field on Friday, 24 April from 10:00–19:00 and on Saturday, 25 April from 08:00–11:00. We recommend that all participants living in Stockholm pick up their bib on Friday to avoid long queues on Saturday. If you are unable to collect your bib yourself, you may send your confirmation to someone else who can pick it up on your behalf. The easiest way to get here is by taking the Metro’s red line (line 13) to Gärdet station, or bus number 1.

GIVEAWAY
Those who pick up their race bib on Friday will receive an IcePower sachet.

THE COURSE and event area – new for this year!

The adidas Premiärhalvan course runs through Gärdet and southern Djurgården. The start and finish area is located at Sportgärdet by Lindarängsvägen. The surface consists of asphalt, gravel and paving stones. The total elevation gain is 183 metres. Kilometer markers are placed at every kilometer along the course. The course, measuring 21,098 metres, has been officially measured by Mikael Hill, a certified course measurer from the Swedish Athletics Federation. Minor changes may occur.

Along the course, we help you replenish your energy if needed, with sports drinks from Enervit.

RACE RULES

Walking poles, strollers, inline skates, roller skis, bicycles, handcycles, and racing wheelchairs are not allowed. For wheelchair participants, the following applies:
• The same age requirements as for other participants.
• Guides are optional and free of charge (contact [email protected] when registering a guide).
• No competitive class.
• Free-wheel is recommended.
• No participation in racing wheelchairs.
• Start in the last start group.
• Accessibility may be limited in some areas along the course, such as curbs.
